Club Humanist

The Nepali Humanist Society is a civic and ethical platform grounded in humanism as a democratic life stance that affirms human dignity, reason, and compassion as the foundations of a just society. It upholds the belief that all people are equal in worth regardless of caste, gender, ethnicity, belief, or status, and that humans themselves are responsible for creating meaning, values, and ethical norms through critical thinking, evidence, and empathy. Committed to freedom of thought, secularism, social justice, and democratic participation, the Society challenges discrimination, dogma, and unaccountable power while promoting solidarity, accountability, and inclusive governance. It advocates for a Nepal where public life is guided by human rights and reason, and where individuals find purpose in this life through shared responsibility, creativity, and service to humanity.
